Goodbye, 2007. You brought some good things (Sprout, for one), but you also put a lot of the people I care about through a highly unfair wringer. Some of them didn't survive. Enough already.

I've got a weird feeling 2008 is going to be good. This despite the fact that I'm still in an unfortunate amount of pain as I wait to see it in. Yeah, I could be disastrously wrong, but it's still a nice optimism with which to start.
